HOW AND WHEN

Dissolve 20g of product, equal to a dose corresponding to two level tablespoons, in about 500ml of water. It is preferable to take 50 to 100ml at regular intervals of about 15-20 minutes. Take 3 servings a day equal to 60g of total product.
