Temperature control

The temperature is crucial to the taste of the brew, so the HiBREW H10A allows you to fine-tune it from 90 to 95°C. A lower temperature will work well with light-roasted beans, while a higher temperature will emphasize the intensity of dark-roasted coffee. In addition, the espresso machine offers a 25°C mode for preparing cold brew, ideal for warm days.

Thermoblock heating system

Temperature stability is the foundation of good coffee. The HiBREW H10A uses Thermoblock technology, which features an extended 53-centimeter steel heating tube. The solution used provides more even heating of water and better thermal stability compared to standard aluminum heating systems, resulting in better flavor extraction.

Customize each serving to your preference

The machine allows you to fine-tune the volume of your beverage. For a single coffee, values from 35 ml to 150 ml are available, and for a double coffee, from 70 ml to 300 ml. Adjustments are made in 5 ml increments, allowing full personalization. This allows you to get an espresso of ideal intensity or a more watered-down version, similar to an americano.

Real-time extraction control

The built-in pressure gauge allows you to monitor the pressure in real time during brewing, which is crucial for those who want to fine-tune the extraction process - from the degree of grinding of the coffee, to its whipping in the portafilter, to the optimal brewing time.
