In some cases, a mild to moderate burn may be awkward to dress. The Burnsoothe Sachet delivers the sterile active ingredient directly to broken or unbroken skin, which may then be covered with a light bandage. The sachet may be used to add additional gel to a severe burn with a Burnsoothe Dressing already in place, or, as a topical application for sunburn or similar minor burns.
